There is no shortage of learning in today’s business world. I didn’t even own a passport until I was 41. Now I’ve traveled to 17 countries and delivered a wide variety of programs to technical and non-technical audiences.

Delivered a two day introduction of project management to 13 groups in three different North American sites. Conversations in class averted tens of thousands of dollars of misdirected effort.

Deliver the Motorola three day and my modified two day class around the world to Motorola and non– Motorola audiences. One participant used TRIZ thinking to find a better solution and saved $400,000.

As part of the UK’s desire to strengthen their automotive industry, a five day program was designed by WDP Consulting wdpconsulting.com for new engineering graduates. These engineers were selected to participate in extensive, cross-corporation training for a one year period.

Successfully lead the Illinois Swimmers Association in a day long retreat to define their mission, vision and values and determine the need for increased staff.

Participated in the design and delivery of a leadership development program rolled out to more the 170 top leaders of GKN Aerospace in the US and Europe.
