Impact Facilitation for Leaders

Good performers are often rewarded with leadership positions. Sadly, not all good performers are equipped to switch roles and depend on the performance of others to get the work done.

Impact Facilitation is a great place for leaders to practice tools and techniques for leading others to share their thoughts and opinions.  Facilitating others does not mean surrendering and it does not mean the absence of ground rules. Effective leaders develop clear boundaries, predictable decision methods, and the ability to ask powerful questions.  Higher engagement of everyone's brains and passions result.
