Four to ten core members make for the best project team.

Project Management 101

PM101 introduces participants to a core set of terms, techniques, and processes to effectively define, estimate, launch, and manage projects. Any project greater than 120 staff hours and 3 or more people can benefit from project management tools and techniques.

PM101 can be designed to address real projects. Closed sessions ask project groups to come to the workshop together and use the class to make real progress defining their project plan.

All terms used are directly from the Project Management Body of Knowledge [PMBOK] so participants of PM101 are equipped to participate in projects lead by certified PM’s.
