Innovation and performance: a tough dance. |

I consult scores of companies and facilitate hundreds of employees around the world in all aspects of the dance. My clients include Motorola, Ford, GKN Aerospace, McDonald’s, AchieveGlobal, DDI, Honeywell, and many others. I am passionate about helping individuals and groups dance between definite and productive processes and knowing when to play and dream. Whether it is the delivery of a problem solving class to engineers or facilitating the launch of a national special interest group, I position everyone for action. Clients appreciate my mix of engineering experience and people-centered work to improve performance and relationships.
My viewpoint is shaped by my University of Illinois mechanical engineering degree and work in aerospace; graduate work at Fuller Seminary, Trinity Seminary in Deerfield and scores of seminars and certifications; recent classes at DePaul and working in 15 countries over the past 14 years. I am amazed at the emergence of the global markets and the international nature of work and competition.
I serve on the board of the Midwest Facilitators Network, a Chicago based group of facilitators that conference together four times a year. |
